5. Your Content

• You own your designs: You retain full ownership of the images you upload.
• We own the AI analysis: The feedback generated by our AI is owned by Aura.
• License to us: By uploading content, you grant us permission to store, process, and analyze it to provide the service.

6. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Aura provides a free tier with reasonable usage limits. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exceed fair usage or abuse the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Aura available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. AI Disclaimer

The AI feedback provided by Aura is for informational and guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional design advice. You are solely responsible for your design decisions based on AI feedback.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
